Film offers intimate, hilarious look at legendary Brewers broadcaster’s final years

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WBAY) - If you haven’t seen it already, the trailer for a documentary about Bob Uecker, the legendary voice of the Milwaukee Brewers, started running in Marcus Theaters this weekend.
“Ueck” is meant to be a funny, intimate “day in the life”-type of look at Uecker’s final years with the team, sharing stories he didn’t previously tell.
Uecker died in January 2025 following a private battle with lung cancer. He was 90.
“Ueck” premieres exclusively in Marcus Theaters in Wisconsin on July 24.
