LITTLE CHUTE, Wis. (WBAY) - A man reported missing from Little Chute in October was taken into custody in Florida.

The Lee County, Florida Sheriff’s Office website shows Noah Czarneski, now 20, was booked into their jail Sunday morning.

It shows he has a court date scheduled on April 14 at 8 a.m. in Lee County for a charge of providing false identification to a law enforcement officer. The bond was set at $500. No dates or bond were listed for potential “fugitive from justice” charges, which he could also face.

Czarneski’s last contact with his family in Little Chute was on Oct. 5. The vehicle he was driving was found three days later near Dundas in Calumet County, but he wasn’t in it.

Czarneski was facing criminal charges in Wisconsin when he disappeared.

Online court records show he was charged in Brown County with Sexual Intercourse with Child Age 16 or Older; and in Calumet County with Sexual Intercourse with Child Age 15 or Older, 3rd Degree Sexual Assault, and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault with Use of Force.

An arrest warrant and felony bail jumping charges against Czarneski were filed in October.
