Gas prices jump closer to $4 per gallon for first time since 2022
Oil prices are spiking weeks into the war with Iran

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Oil analyst GasBuddy warns the national average for a gallon of gas could hit the four-dollar mark this week, for the first time since 2022, with few signs that prices will stabilize soon.
AAA motor club reports a national average of $3.96 per gallon, up 35% from a month ago. The statewide average for Wisconsin is $3.67.
Oil prices have spiked since the war with Iran started, even as markets tick higher on talk of possible negotiations.
DoorDash says it’ll temporarily pay delivery drivers extra weekly compensation to delivery drivers in the U.S. and Canada based on the number of miles they drive, and drivers using DoorDash’s debit card will get 10% cash back on gas purchases.
