GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Multiple Santas and other festive cyclists braved the frigid cold to cycle around Lambeau Field on Saturday, raising money for Children’s Wisconsin.

It kicked off at Badger State Brewing Company, with roughly 70 people taking part in this annual event hosted by our very own Chris Roth.

Cyclists rode a very shortened course of two miles in -25-degree wind chill.

One person said he showed support for the cause because he hopes others would do the same if his family needed help.

“Being a father of a young kid, we’ve been fortunate enough not to need Children’s Wisconsin, but you never know when it’s your turn or somebody in your family. So, anything we can do to help bring those services close to town and support all over the state, we’re ready for it,” says Ben Coleates of Green Bay.

The event raised over $20,000, bringing Santa Cycle’s total to over $170,000 over the last nine years.
