Czarneski is white, 6′3″ tall, about 210 pounds. He has blonde hair and brown eyes.

Police don’t know what he was wearing when he disappeared, so there’s no clothing description.

Wisconsin’s online court records show Czarnesk was charged in March with Sexual Intercourse with Child Age 16 or Older in Brown County. In January, he was charged in Calumet County with Sexual Intercourse with Child Age 15 or Older, 3rd Degree Sexual Assault, and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault with Use of Force. He entered not guilty pleas to the Calumet County charges in May; records don’t show a plea entered for the Brown County charges.

Online court records also show two new charges of Felony Bail Jumping were filed in Brown County last Friday for Czarnesk, as part of an arrest warrant issued.

Anyone who has information about Czarneski’s whereabouts or thinks they’ve seen him should call Fox Valley Metro Police at (920) 788-7505.
