Family of missing 19-year-old asking the public for help
MENASHA, Wis. (WBAY) - The family of missing 19-year-old Diego Alejandro Ramirez is asking for your help finding him. The Fox Crossing Police Department says Ramirez was last seen on Sunday, April 27, around 1:30 a.m.
Diego’s father, mother, and sister are pleading and asking the community for help in finding him.
The 19-year-old was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans in the vicinity of Elru Drive and Ninth Street on the border of Fox Crossing and city of Menasha.
Ramirez is 5′9″, weighs 122 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. His most distinguished feature is a tattoo of the word “Bad” behind his right ear and down his neck.
“He is a very happy person, very cordial with the rest of the people, even though we haven’t been living here in this country for a long period of time,” his father, Oscar Alejandro Ramirez, said.
His family is pleading for your help in the search for Diego.
“We hope that the community hears our call and comes and supports us. The more people come and look for him, the more chances we have of finding him,” his father said.
“I don’t know if my son is hearing this, but if you are, I just wanted to tell you that I love you, we miss you, and that we want you back home. I don’t know what reasons you had for you to leave, but we just want you back home. With your mom, with your sister, and with me,” Ramirez added.
When asked on Thursday, the Fox Crossing Police Department said they are investigating the disappearance but had no updates since the announcement on Monday.
