Fond du Lac County deputies seek reckless motorcyclist who fled chase

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WBAY) - The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office wants to identify a motorcyclist who was seen speeding and sideswiped a vehicle on Interstate 41.

A group of three sports bikes were seen speeding and driving recklessly Saturday on I-41 in Byron, going about 90 miles per hour.

A short time later, all three went through a red light in the city of Fond du Lac.

Two of the motorcyclists have been identified. A third sped away from Lakeside Park. An hour later, a deputy tried to stop the rider in Winnebago County, and not much later it was seen again in Fond du Lac County and clocked at 134 miles per hour.

While fleeing, the motorcyclist sideswiped a vehicle on I-41 near Highway 151.
