OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - Tuesday night, voters can learn more about a referendum that will appear on Oshkosh ballots in the April 1 spring election.
The Oshkosh Area School District is asking for nearly $200 million to renovate aging buildings and improve services for students.
Anyone interested can learn more about what’s included in the initiative and get their questions answered at Franklin Elementary School, 1401 W. 5th Ave., at 6:30 p.m.
