Oshkosh felon accused of stealing gun, faces federal charges

OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - An Oshkosh man faces federal charges, accused of stealing a gun in November.
A federal grand jury issued a two-count indictment against Donta E. Bradshaw, 42, of Oshkosh, on Tuesday.
According to the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Bradshaw is accused in an indictment of stealing a Ruger semi-automatic 9mm pistol from a federally licensed firearms dealer located in Oshkosh around November 19.
As a convicted felon, Bradshaw is prohibited from ever possessing a firearm under state and federal law. If found guilty, Bradshaw faces up to 15 years’ imprisonment on the possession charge and up to 10 years’ imprisonment for the theft of the firearm.
Bradshaw’s next court date is scheduled for January 27.
