Oshkosh trying to solve mystery of foul odor

OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - Oshkosh authorities are asking for your help to find the source of a foul odor in the city.

The city Department of Public Works has been investigating claims this week.

Crews say so far they’ve tested the air and examined construction sites but don’t have a clear source.
