CANTON, Ohio (WBAY) - Soon Green Bay Packers legend Jerry Kramer will be enshrined in the 2018 Pro Football Hall of Fame. Thursday he had his final fitting for his gold jacket.
It’s been a long time coming for Kramer. He played with the Packers from 1958-68 and had been finalist for the HOF 11 times.

Kramer says in a video posted by the Pro Football Hall of Fame Twitter, “I've waited 50 years for this. And I had all kinds of emotions. All kinds of ideas and thoughts … It fits perfect… Doesn't get any better than this folks. Doesn't get any better.”
Kramer will be enshrined on Saturday, August 4 at the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
The ceremony will be broadcast by NFL Network and ESPN starting at 7 p.m.
Along with Kramer, the Class of 2018 consists of Bobby Beathard, Robert Brazile, Brian Dawkins, Ray Lewis, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens and Brian Urlacher.
