These places hope you remember them on Giving Tuesday

CASA of Brown County asks for donations (click here) to continue its programs of court-appointed special advocates, supporting children who've suffered abuse and neglect, and giving these children a voice in the court system.

Eye Heart World, 315 Main Ave, De Pere. Eye Heart World, an organization dedicated to helping victims of human trafficking, is holding a Giving Tuesday event at The Exchange in De Pere. The Farmory, 815 Chicago St., Green Bay. Their goal is to raise $10,000 through the YouCaring website as they transform a vacant armory into a year-round indoor farm, yellow perch hatchery, and aquaponics garden serving local schools, health care centers and restaurants.

Heid Music will donate $5 to youth symphony orchestras in Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Central Wisconsin and Madison for every $50 in Heid Music gift cards purchased online and in-store. HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center or HSHS St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay. Donations to hospitals can provide a cafeteria meal for a patient and their children, clothing for an infant in NICU, and life-saving medicine. Stop by these hospitals to make a donation to hospital aid programs.

Joann stores will donate $1 to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital for every holiday ornament made in their store Tuesday. Free supplies are provided for making an ornament you can take with you.

M&M Area Community Foundation, serving the counties of Marinette, Wis., and Menominee, Mich., will award half of all Giving Tuesday contributions during January's Philanthropy Fund grant cycle. Past recipients include CASA, school districts, 4-H clubs, food pantries, Salvation Army and music programs.
