GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - It's an annual tradition that brings holiday spirit to Brown County.
Thursday, 45 students from Syble Hopp in De Pere decorated the tree in the Northern Building in downtown Green Bay with ornaments they made by hand.
They also sang carols outside the offices of county workers.
Music teacher Nicole DeRuyter said, "We are here to share our good will and cheer with all of the people in the county. We love that everyone supports us so much. We love to give back a little bit."
Syble Hopp School provides education programs for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This tradition dates back to 1995, according to our Action 2 News archives.
