Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers watches new girlfriend Danica Patrick race in the Daytona 500.

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (WBAY) - Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been busy this offseason. Two weeks ago playing in the Pebble Beach Pro-Am in his home state California alongside Wisconsin native PGA golfer Jerry Kelly. Sunday, Rodgers was among spectators at the Daytona 500.

Rodgers was in Daytona Beach to watch new girlfriend and NASCAR driver Danica Patrick drive in her last NASCAR race.

Patrick confirmed in a January interview with the Associated Press that she was dating the Packers quarterback. Patrick’s first leg of the “Danica Double,” the Daytona 500, did not turn out the way she wanted.

NASCAR drivers Danica Patrick, Chase Elliott and former Cup Series champions Brad Keselowski and Kevin Harvick all crashed with 18 laps to go in the second stage.

With 96 laps remaining, leader Ryan Blaney seemed to make a move to block Elliott on the backstretch. Elliott and Keselowski got together and started sliding across the track. Elliott hit the outside wall hard and started spinning into traffic.

Patrick leaves NASCAR without a win in 191 career Cup starts. She finishes in 35th place at Daytona.

Patrick will make her return in May to IndyCar and race in the Indianapolis 500 before calling it quits for her racing career.

On a side note for Packers fans, Danica Patrick is a Chicago Bears fan.
