Police looking for woman stealing bank cards from intoxicated men

BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) - The Brown County Sheriff's Office is looking for a woman, who they said used a stolen bank card to withdraw money and make purchases.

Officials say she took money from the victim's account at two Green Bay area ATM machines.

Police say that same night, the same woman made several purchases at Walmart stores in Green Bay and Sheboygan. The woman made small purchases, along with getting cash back each time.

The Sheriff's Office says she totaled close to $3,000 worth of transactions.

The victim told police he was intoxicated and seems to remember meeting two African American women, prior to the fraudulent transactions.

A bank representative told the Brown County Sheriff's Office that their organization has experienced several similar incidents, where females become friends with intoxicated men in order to get their bank cards and pin numbers.

Police are attempting to identify the woman. If you know her or has had similar cases, please contact Sgt. Jody Breider at 920-448-4227.
