Police looking for person who made bomb threat to Fox Valley Lutheran HS

APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - An official from Fox Valley Lutheran High School received a bomb threat Monday afternoon, when the school was closed for the Labor Day holiday, Appleton Police say.

Police brought in the Brown/Outagamie County Bomb Squad and dogs trained in detecting explosives, and nothing suspicious was found in the school.

Police are trying to identify who made the threat.

Anyone who might have information is encouraged to call Appleton police at (920) 832-5500 and ask for Officer Anderson, or report your tip anonymously by using the Appleton Police Department smartphone app and choosing "Report."
