Jack Natzke was five years old when he got sick in September, 2015.

Doctors initially thought it was meningitis, but it was later discovered he died of a rare brain degeneration.

His family and friends started a push to build a playground at his school, Trinity Lutheran, in Jack's memory.

The group raised some of its goal of $70,000 but donations are still being accepted. Find out more on Green Bay Trinity Lutheran's web site or on the Help Us Build Facebook page.
