Packers sign first round draft pick Jaire Alexander

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The Green Bay Packers have signed first round draft pick Jaire Alexander ahead of the start of organized team activities.

The cornerback out of Louisville was the 18th pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

The Packers did not announce the details of the contract.

Second round pick Josh Jackson (CB) and third-round pick Oren Burks (LB) are the only picks to remain unsigned at this time.

Open OTA practices are scheduled for Tuesday, May 22nd, Thursday, May 31st, and Monday, June 4th. All OTA practices currently are scheduled to take place on Ray Nitschke Field and will be open for public viewing (weather permitting).

The Packers mandatory minicamp will run from Tuesday, June 12th through Thursday, June 14th (exact schedule TBA). All minicamp practices are open to the media. They are also open to the public (weather permitting).

Players will report for training camp Wednesday, July 25, and the team's first practice is Thursday, July 26th.
