Additional events are scheduled for Thursday.
Ashwaubenon's Fresh Thyme store is the fifth of its kind in the state of Wisconsin. Fresh Thyme is a midwest-based company.
The company promotes natural meat raised without hormones, organic produce, fresh seafood, eat-on-the-go meals, locally roasted coffee beans, and earth-friendly cleaning supplies.
"Our big thing is produce. We have a lot of unique items in produce, natural items, organic items. A lot of local items. I think that consumers in the area will see our local items and that's a big draw for us," says Nate Black, Director of Operations.
