Monday storm spun up possible tornado in Southeast Wisconsin

The storm on Monday that resulted in torrential flash flooding in the Madison area also resulted in a possible tornado in Delavan, about an hour southwest of Milwaukee near the border with Illinois.

An incident report for the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs says what is believed to have been a weak tornado touched down at about 8 p.m. Monday, causing minor damage and no reports of any injuries.

The National Weather Service is scheduled to evaluate the scene on Tuesday.
