Meijer is teaming up with Kimberly-Clark in an effort to set a world record.

Volunteers are working on what's hoped to be the world's tallest pyramid of bath tissue at Meijer's new store in Grand Chute.

Kimberly-Clark is providing all of the toilet paper.

The store director says the paper maker came up with the idea.

Meijer says the Guinness world record was set in Brazil in 2012.

"I believe it was over 30,000 rolls that they used," store director Joel Robles said.

Robles compared the scene to Santa's workshop with a handful of people hard at work since 6 o'clock Wednesday morning.

Officials with Guiness World Records will be in Grand Chute on Thursday to determine if they have a new record-holder.
