Man arrested after vehicle pursuit in Sheboygan County

A 28-year-old man from the Milwaukee was arrested after a vehicle pursuit.

The Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office says deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop for "unreasonable and imprudent" speed around 2:15 p.m. in the Town of Lima.

Deputies say the vehicle did not stop and sped away.

Authorities chased the vehicle along northbound Highway 28 and eastbound in to the City of Sheboygan at speeds up to 90 mph.

Deputies used a P.I.T. (Pursuit Intervention Technique) maneuver to stop the driver.

The man has been arrested and waits charges of Fleeing/eluding, 2nd offense possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested on two warrants.
