BROWN COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) - A break in the rain has allowed flood waters to recede in parts of the Green Bay area. However, another round of heavy rains is expected to cause additional flooding Thursday night into Friday.

Several roads east of the Fox River were closed after Wednesday's heavy rains and flooding. Most of those roads were open Thursday morning.
