Kenny Clark avoids major injury according to NFL Network report

(97) Packers Defensive Tackle Kenny Clark is carted off in Sunday's loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The Packers defense was one of the lone bright spots in Sunday's 23-0 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. There may be some good news for the one defensive lineman who avoided a major injury according to an NFL Network report.

Kenny Clark was carted off in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game with ankle injury after getting his foot got pinned in the bottom of a pile. Ravens guard Ryan Jensen shoved Clark to the ground in an awkward angle.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport tweeted, "DL Kenny Clark suffered a high-ankle sprain on Sunday, source said. He’s going to miss some time, but it does not appear to be a serious injury. Should be back this season."

Clark leads the Packers defensive line through 10 games with 32 tackles. Rapoport also noted Clark's X-Rays came back negative.
