National Safety Month: Talking about childhood safety

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY)- June is National Safety Month and the The Center for Childhood Safety in Green Bay is using the month to raise awareness about something few people may realize: accidental injuries are the leading cause of death among children.


Action 2 News This Morning Reporter Kristyn Allen spoke with the center's executive director, Kimberly Hess, about keeping kids safe while they sleep, while they play or swim, and keeping them away from medicines or chemicals they could accidentally ingest.
