Green Bay tops as drunkest city in America

For another year, Green Bay comes in first in USA Today's ranking of the drunkest cities in America.
It's a study that measures the percentage of people who excessively drink on a regular basis. That means, four or more drinks at a time for women. For men, five or more.
According to USA Today, 26.5% of adults in Green Bay excessively drink. This is the only metro area in Wisconsin with a higher excessive drinking rate than the statewide average.
