Green Bay High School students teamed up with NeighborWorks to build a new house for a family.
Students in the Bridge Construction and Renovation program worked with professional contractors on a home on North Broadway.
Thursday they held an open house for the community.
"It's really cool to be able to give high school students the opportunity to get exposure to construction, and we like to see all the trades and construction companies have the talent they need and the workforces they need to be our successful partners in renovating these neighborhoods," said Noel Halverson, executive director of NeighborWorks Green Bay.
Crews demolished a home on the property and built new. The family who used to live there has offered to buy the new home.
