WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) - A Fox Crossing municipal judge has pleaded not guilty to charges in a stalking case.

Len Kachinsky, 65, appeared in Winnebago County Court Thursday for an arraignment hearing. He entered not guilty pleas to felony Stalking and two misdemeanor counts of Violating a Restraining Order.
