Waupaca County Office of Emergency Management has declared a flood emergency for the Wolf River downstream, that starts on Monday.

The river is in the city of New London.

The director of the management, Andrew Carlin, said it will be a slow-no-wake zone on the Wolf River.

Emergency management says you can not operate a boat faster than slow-no-wake in the waters within 500 feet of any permanent building, not including fishing rafts during a flood emergency.
