GIBRALTAR, Wis. (WBAY) - A Door County shop filed a lawsuit to overturn Gibraltar's food truck ban.

In 2017, White Cottage Red Door, which bills itself as known for "everything cherry," opened a food truck in its parking lot.

Shortly after that, the town board banned all businesses on wheels.

Now White Cottage Red Door is filing a lawsuit, arguing that the town is trying to protect certain businesses from competition, which violates the state constitution.

Leaders from the Town of Gibraltar haven't responded to the lawsuit yet.
