The investigation of the officer-involved shooting at the Brown County Jail is now in the hands of the Brown County district attorney.

Action 2 News reported the shooting on October 19, when a Green Bay police officer fatally shot 26-year-old Jonathon Tubby in the sally port where squad cars pull into the jail. Tubby was arrested on a felony warrant after a traffic stop and there was a confrontation at the jail.

The investigation was conducted by the Wisconsin Department of Justice.

Action 2 News learned the DOJ has turned over its report to the district attorney's office.

We're now waiting to hear what the district attorney will do with the information.
