A Bay Port High School senior was arrested and is being held on $2500 cash bond for repeatedly sexually assaulting a child. The Brown County investigators tell state prosecutors the suspect is 17-year old Riquel Lollis of Howard.

The Brown County Sheriff's Office filed an affidavit with the stat, referring charges of repeated sexual assault of the same child, sexual contact of a child under the age of 13, and child enticement with sexual contact.

Those affidavits laid out what investigators found, but they were not available to the media.

Friday in court, a Brown County judge stated that there is probable cause that Lollis committed these criminal offenses, but says it happened about four years ago.

Lollis was ordered to have no contact with the victim. He's also been ordered to have no unsupervised contact with minors, outside of school. The Howard-Suamico School District says Lollis is a senior at Bay Port High School.

The state has seven to ten days to file their official complaint. We don't yet know why Lollis is being charged four years after investigators say he committed the crimes, but we expect to find this out when we see him in court next on June 2nd.
