Thousands of pounds of Banquet Salisbury steak products are being recalled because they may contain bones.

The United States Department of Agriculture says Conagra Brands is recalling 27-oz. cartons of “Banquet FAMILY SIZE 6 SALISBURY STEAKS & BROWN GRAVY MADE WITH CHICKEN, PORK AND BEEF – GRILL MARKS ADDED.”

The lot code is 5006 8069 10 05.

The best by date is SEP 01 2019.

Conagra received consumer complaints and three reports of mouth injuries from people who ate the Salisbury steaks.

The meals were shipped to stores nationwide.

The Food Safety and Inspection Service is worried people may have these products in their freezers. They urge consumers not to eat them.
