GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - New jobs are opening up in Green Bay as a downtown employer looks to expand and give back to the community.
California-based customer service company Alorica announced it plans to create 100 new and permanent jobs in the Green Bay area, adding to the 400 jobs currently at its downtown office on Adams Street.
Alorica also announced a partnership with the Military Veteran Project, a non-profit, volunteer-led organization working with veterans in need. Employees at the Green Bay office will volunteer to help raise awareness about veteran suicide in the U.S.
Alorica says it is the largest provider of customer service solutions in the U.S. and the third-largest in the world.
