MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WBAY) - A man suspected of abducting a two-year-old girl from Milwaukee is also a suspect in a fatal shooting.
An Amber Alert continues for two-year-old Noelani Robinson. Noleani was last seen with Dariaz Higgins. Higgins, 33, failed to return Noelani to her mother in Milwaukee as planned on Monday.
Milwaukee Police say Higgins is also a suspect in the homicide of Sierra Robinson, 24. Sierra Robinson was shot and killed Monday afternoon in the 6300 block of N. 91st Street.
Family told our partners WISN 12 News, Robinson is Noelani's mother.
Milwaukee Police say a 28-year-old Milwaukee woman was also shot. She is at the hospital being treated.
A neighbor was also grazed by a bullet during the shooting.
Police say Higgins is considered armed and dangerous. He has ties to Florida and possibly Las Vegas.
Charges were filed Tuesday against Higgins for first-degree intentional homicide.

Both Noelani and Higgins are pictured above. Higgins has several tattoos on his face and police believe he currently has facial hair.
Higgins also goes by Dariaz Taylor or Dariaz Lewis.
A black SUV police say he was driving was found in Florida.
If anyone sees him or the child, they should not attempt to make any contact, instead call 911 immediately.
