Keith Gibson

Keith joins WBAY with 20 years of forecasting experience. He most recently served as Chief Meteorologist at WCBI-TV in Columbus, MS where he covered some of the biggest tornado outbreaks in recent memory. Keith has also worked in North Dakota and South Dakota, so he’s well aware of the chilly winters that occur in northeastern Wisconsin.

As a native of Michigan, Keith is well versed in the 4 seasons (and fall is his favorite). He completed his undergraduate degree at Michigan State University and went on to pursue at master's degree at Mississippi State University.

Keith has won many broadcast awards over the years and has been nominated several times for regional Emmy’s. He was the 73rd forecaster in the nation to receive the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) designation from the American Meteorological Society.
