PULASKI, Wis. (WBAY) - Pulaski police say that two more teenagers have been charged in the July 19 shooting incident at Memorial Park.

In a release on Facebook, police say that an 18-year-old man from Pulaski will be charged with Recklessly Endangering Safety and Disorderly Conduct, and a 17-year-old woman from Green Bay will be referred on charges of Physical Abuse of a Child, Battery, and Disorderly Conduct.

Police say they responded to reports of a fight, shots fired, and someone with a knife. On-scene, they provided aid to an 18-year-old man with a gunshot wound and took another man into custody. The injured man has since been released from the hospital.

Pulaski police say that currently, four people have been charged in connection with this case.

PREVIOUS: Both a teenage girl and a young man claim they were defending themselves during a fight that broke out last Friday in Pulaski.

Randy Sanroman, 19, is charged with second-degree reckless injury with use of a dangerous weapon, second-degree recklessly endangering safety with use of a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon.

Hailey Tank, 17, is charged with strangulation and suffocation, battery, and disorderly conduct.

Police responded to Memorial Park on Friday following a report of shots fired, a fight involving multiple people, a person armed with a knife, and one person suffering from a gunshot wound.

According to Randy Sanroman, as stated in the criminal complaint, he told authorities he shot another person, 18-year-old Colton Hansen, in self-defense because Hansen was trying to stab him with a knife. Hansen was shot in the leg. The complaint said a knife and a knife sheath were found at the scene.

In the criminal complaint filed for Hailey Tank, she told police that another girl, 17-year-old Lebella Ferrari, attacked her during the fight. Hailey said she placed her hands around Lebella’s neck to stop her. Hailey stated they continued to fight until Lebella began to choke.

The criminal complaint said another person, identified as NCS in the document, was also involved in the fight and had to be taken to the hospital for a cut to her head.

Hailey also said she received confrontational Snapchat messages from Lebella before the fight at Memorial Park.

As of Tuesday, no criminal charges have been filed against Lebella Ferrari or Colton Hansen in connection to this fight.
