GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The Brown County libraries have moved on to the second chapter of their pandemic reopening plan.

Starting Monday, library buildings reopened for controlled access to computer by appointment only.

Reservations will be required, and can be made by calling the specific library branches.

Face masks are also recommended, and library officials say they realize the importance of free access to computers and the internet.

Officials say they hope the move benefits job seekers and people who need to connect with services.
