In 1 1/2 quart glass casserole dish with lid, combine carrots and water, cover dish. Microwave at High (100 percent) power for 3 minutes. Carefully shake dish to rearrange carrots. Continue cooking for 3 minutes longer.* Let stand cover 5 to 6 minutes, or until carrots are just tender. Meanwhile, make the glaze. Drain carrots and place in serving bowl. Stir in hot glaze. Makes 4 servings.
Honey 'N Cinnamon Glaze In 2 cup glass measurer, stir together 1/2 tbs. cornstarch and 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon. Gradually add 1/2 cup white grape juice or apple juice. Add 2 tbs. honey and 1/2 tbs. margarine. Microwave at high (100 percent) power for 1 minute; stir. Cook 1 minute longer* (stirring once), until sauce boils and thickens. Makes about 1/2 cup.
