Tips for Changing Your Workout Routine

We all get stuck in routines, but when it comes to exercise, it may be good to change it up.

Shape Magazine says it might be time for a change when "you're body isn't changing." If you train the same way everyday your body quickly adapts, it needs change. It's always helpful to get suggestions from a trainer

Also, if you feel bored, it is hard to stay committed to anything you're not excited about.

It may be a good idea to find a workout buddy. Maybe he or she can introduce you to a new style of training, or a different exercise to change up your routine.

You can also change your intensity. If you have an hour, set up 20-minute fitness challenges and or set how many reps you can achieve of your favorite exercises.
