St. John Bosco School Closes Due to Frozen Water Pipes

Updated:

The weather continues to take its toll on area schools.

St. John Bosco School in Sturgeon Bay announced it will be closed all day Friday because of frozen water pipes.

The Head Start program in Menominee, Michigan, was affected by frozen pipes as well, preventing the program from opening all week.

Dangerous wind chills kept Wisconsin schools closed Monday and Tuesday, and a number of school districts canceled classes for a third day on Wednesday because of concerns about their school bus fleets in the cold.
