Two Robbed at Gunpoint in Manitowoc Home

Two people are unharmed Thursday after two men broke into their home and stole money from them at gunpoint, the Manitowoc Police Department says.

Police say two men broke into a home around 10:45 a.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of South 9th Street in the City of Manitowoc.  The men displayed black colored semi-automatic handguns and demanded money from two residents in the home.  Police say the two suspects stole between 100 and 200 dollars in cash before leaving the home.

The two suspects are described as black males in their late teens or early twenties and wearing all black clothing.  One of the suspects was said to be wearing a ski mask and the other is described as having corn-rows in his hair.

Both suspects are said to have fled the scene on foot heading southbound on South 9th Street.  Anyone with information is asked to call the Manitowoc Police Department at (920)686-6551.
