Icy Roads and Speed Blamed for Hwy. 29 Crash

Investigators say icy road conditions and speed led to a crash early Saturday morning in western Shawano County.

The sheriff's department says just after 4:00 a.m., one car rolled over on Highway 29, where it meets Highway 45 near Wittenburg.

No one was hurt, but Highway 29 was closed for about an hour while crews removed the car that had landed on its side in the road, and cut away a piece of damaged guard rail.
