SAN DIEGO (AP) - Tyson Ross pitched 6 1-3 strong innings as the San Diego Padres beat Milwaukee 4-1 last night to snap the Brewers' five-game road winning streak. Ross extended his franchise record with his 13th consecutive quality start. He gave up one run and four hits with six strikeouts and two walks.

MILWAUKEE (AP) - Small forward Jared Dudley is going to the Milwaukee Bucks. The seven-year veteran was dealt by the Los Angeles Clippers yesterday in exchange for forward Carlos Delfino, backup center Miroslav Raduljica and a 2015 second-round draft pick. The Bucks will also receive a conditional 2017 first-round pick.

(AP) - Four of the eight neutral-site games the first week of the college football season involve Big Ten teams.
