Hello, my name is Dan and I have struggled with weight issues my entire life. Since I can remember, I was always made fun of in school and throughout my entire life. To compound my issues I was in a bad car accident when I was young, leaving my right knee and lower leg at a slight handicap. This handicap never stopped me from anything, though.

I finally got to a point in my life where I had enough. When I was a child, even though I was overweight, I could run through the woods like a deer! About one year ago when I was on a hunting trip I had a lot of trouble hiking. It made me sick to my stomach both mentally and physically. I was 250 lbs and smoking two packs of cigarettes a day. So I said it's time to change!!!

That's when I got a membership at Anytime Fitness center in Howard/Suamico. I had your average education on fitness, or so I thought. What I knew I mainly read in magazines and books. On my own working out 5 days a week I was able to drop my body weight down to 172 lbs and 6.75% body fat. I got to a point in my training where I was at a standstill. I lost the weight but couldn't build the muscle and physique I wanted.

I approached trainer Chuck one day and explained my situation and what my goals were. He jumped right in there with just as much enthusiasm as me!! With his help and knowledge I was able to set up a diet plan and training schedule that fit into my budget and time schedule. The results have been earth shattering!!! 

My new program was a complete overhaul compared to my non-stop rigorous cardio regimen and my best attempt to set up a weight training program that was dang near killing me. Chuck blew that all out of the water and pointed me in the direction I needed to be going in. He concentrated our training in specific areas with a comprehensive nutrition program which got me where I am now!

In only 6 weeks of training with Chuck I have added a ton more lean mass and I am still going!!
