MILWAUKEE (AP) - Police in Milwaukee used cutting edge technology to nab a suspected murderer after he robbed a Burger King.
On Friday night officers arrested a suspect a few blocks from the restaurant he allegedly robbed. He gave a false name, but officers scanned his fingerprints with a new device that checks them against the police fingerprint file.
WTMJ-TV in Milwaukee reports it popped back immediately that the 26-year-old man was wanted for at least two murders - one in 2004 and one last summer. Police wouldn't give details on those crimes.
