A 14-year-old Manitowoc County boy is dead after apparently rolling his ATV.
It happened around 3:00 Saturday afternoon in Kellnersville.
Officers say Jefferson Haupt was riding his three wheel ATV which apparently rolled on top of him causing a skull fracture.
Police say he was not wearing a helmet. Haupt was flown to a hospital where he died.
