DODGE COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) - A 64-year-old woman was killed when her vehicle was hit by a wrong way SUV in Dodge County.
The Sheriff's Office says Beverly Vincent of Iron Ridge was pronounced dead at the scene on Sunday.
A preliminary investigation states Vincent's SUV was traveling west on State Highway 60 in the Township of Rubicon when it was hit by an SUV traveling the wrong way on the highway.
The vehicles collided head on in the westbound lane.
Beverly Vincent was killed. Her passenger, 65-year-old Bryan Vincent, suffered life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a Milwaukee hospital.
The driver of the wrong-way vehicle, 46-year-old Robert Underwood of Horicon, suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
