GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) -- The Red Cross is helping three people after their home was damaged by a fire on Sunday in Green Bay.
The Green Bay Fire Department says the fire started at about 3:40 p.m. at 1732 Smith Street.
All of the people in the two family residence made it out safely.
Firefighters say when they arrived, they found smoke in the second story apartment and soon after found a fire in the exterior wall in the second story and attic.
Crews quickly extinguished the fire with minor damage. Officials estimate the damage at $4,000.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
