LAKE WINNEBAGO, Wis. (WBAY) - It's a popular draw this time of year, ice fishing on the area's frozen lakes and waterways. Photojournalist Bill Kumbalek and our drone, Sky View 2, found plenty of people out on Lake Winnebago on Tuesday. Watch the video above to enjoy the scenery.

"Right now is about the best. With this coming week being colder than cold, I would guess they'll be driving out within ten days," Tim Havinga from Appleton said.
"I like fishing, so as long as I get out it's well worth it. Short walk, usually there's a lot of fish in there. But it's hit and miss, you know?" Mike Slowatyniec of Neenah said.
"I had the day off today and decided to head out for half a day and nice warm weather and we'll get it a shot," Jason Paul from Hortonville said. "Heard the fish were biting."
Paul found it "a little windy, but you just have to deal with it, I guess."
"Today is incredible. You don't get too many days like this. I'm glad I got to enjoy it for a little while today," Havinga said.
